EOG offering lease renewal in Webb County — 2010 lease expired
My original 2010 Eagle Ford lease with EOG expired in 2013 but the well was producing so it held by production. The well recently went offline for workover and EOG is now claiming the lease has terminated and offering a new lease at $1,800/NMA with 20% royalty. Original bonus was $4,500/NMA in 2010. Is $1,800 reasonable now?
